Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Chaz Felix is Founder and COO of Bronto Software, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business within the email marketing industry. As Chief Operating Officer, Chaz has guided the day-to-day business operations from start-up through years of highly profitable, rapid growth.

Consistently building success upon success, Chaz has been instrumental in effective application of the SaaS business model and scaling the operations of Bronto. Prior to co-founding Bronto in 2002, Chaz developed broad business and financial acumen through his years as Business Development Manager for Red Hat, Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America and earlier, at Economic Analysis Group.

He has been featured in numerous publications including Entrepreneur Magazine, DM News, The New & Observer, Triangle Business Journal and Business Leader Magazine.

Chaz received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
