Bronto Software Named As Finalist In 2010 Stevie Awards For Sales & Customer Service

4th annual awards will be presented on February 22 in Miami

Durham, NC - January 20, 2010 - Leading email marketing service provider Bronto Software has been named a Finalist in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service category for the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The honor acknowledges Bronto Software's creation of the Sender Rating to proactively manage customers email reputation.

The awards are presented by the Stevie® Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards.

More than 500 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition.  There are 27 categories for customer service professionals, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; as well as 41 categories for sales professionals, ranging from Global Sales Leader of the Year to Sales Training Program of the Year to Sales Department of the Year of the Year.  Bronto Software is a Finalist in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service category.

Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors will select Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place January 25 - February 3.  Finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging.
