Hours extended, educational services enhanced.
DURHAM, NC - June 4, 2007 - Bronto Software, Inc. today announced a significant expansion of its Client Services team. The notable changes include expanded support hours, enhanced educational offerings, and upgraded online documentation.
Fueled by impressive growth, Bronto engages with customers across five continents and supporting them effectively is a constant priority. Expanding support hours from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday, provides greater support availability for clients, particularly those on the West Coast.
The popular Bronto Basic and Intermediate webcasts have been packaged for on-demand delivery within the application, providing a convenient educational option for those whose schedule (or timezone) is incongruent with the live webcasts.
A new Quickstart Guide, penned by the Client Services team, is now available to help marketers get up and running faster than ever. It addresses many considerations a new marketer would face as they plan and implement their first email marketing campaign.
