Customer Support
Whether you have a question about the Bronto application, or can't get that pesky inline CSS style just right, our support team has the answer. Don't know what inline CSS styles are? You don't have to – your questions are answered by Bronto's resident tech geniuses. They have dealt with many of the issues you'll face, and, if not, they relish the challenge of tackling tough problems.
The team is here to handle support requests from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday. There's even a separate line for weekend emergencies for those die-hard marketers in distress. Utilizing Bronto's support resources is as easy as submitting a request through the application, or sending us an email, or picking up the phone. Any way you ask your question, we're here to answer. With Bronto's support, you're never on your own.
Account Optimization
Everyone benefits from the periodic checkup, and your email marketing is no exception. The Sherpas in Client Services will roll up their sleeves and dive into the nuts and bolts of your account, helping you assess what works and what doesn't.
Account Optimization sessions involve you and your Account Manager jointly analyzing your sending history and results; your Account Manager will recommend changes based on the latest email marketing best practices. We'll suggest small improvements, major revisions, or simply highlight Bronto features you weren't utilizing. Marketing doesn't succeed on autopilot, and an Account Optimization is the perfect opportunity to review and refine your efforts
Creative Design Services
For those who don't have a dedicated email designer, we've got you covered. Bronto Creative Services is available to build your email template for products, promotions, newsletters or anything else you'd like to communicate. Our designers have the experience and style to build creative, effective email templates.
Professional, consistent messages go a long way in email marketing – it speaks to your brand and reputation. We design, build, and test our templates to ensure dependable rendering in multiple email clients.
