Personal Information Collection and Use

We collect personal information at our website such as first name, last name, job title, company industry, company name, web site, phone number, email address and state. We receive information that you provide to us in a number of ways, such as if you register for an account, sign up to receive our newsletter, send us an email, or complete an online survey. We collect information in order to provide you with the information, products and services you requested. We may send you information about additional services that we offer, but we will not rent or sell your contact information to any third parties without your permission. Bronto provides a wide variety of services and solutions to its business clients (each, a "Client") that facilitate services for their employees ("End Users"). Bronto will obtain access to personal information about End Users in the course of operating Web sites, providing contractually obligated services, and providing customer care and other related services. Such information may include but is not limited to, name, billing address, business address, email address, telephone number, social networking id, Web site or other application or service at issue. In all instances, Bronto will not share, sell, rent or trade personal information with third parties for promotional purposes, unless Bronto is directed to do so by a Client.

Bronto Clients use the Service to host information (“Customer Information”). Bronto will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Information except as provided in the Agreements with our Customers or as may be required by law. These Agreements generally provide that individual records of Customer Information may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issues, or to investigate suspected violation of the Bronto Agreement or legal requirements, or as may be otherwise required by law.

Use of Client Email List Information

Bronto is not an email list rental service and does not rent or sell any email addresses or other contact information that its clients provide or collect regarding their list members. At all times, clients retain ownership and control of their lists and list information.

Your Choices

All of our direct response methods are opt-in communications, and you may opt out of them at any time. If you subscribed to our e-mail newsletter(s) but do not want to receive it in the future, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in the newsletter(s). Bronto periodically verifies its compliance with the Safe Harbor program. We typically perform this evaluation via self-assessment.
