Tracking across channels, domains, and devices has been updated to give marketers more data to use for optimizing campaigns. The added ability to send campaigns from more than one private domain enhances branding opportunities and helps preserves each domain reputation with ISPs, while new functionality delivers even more value to Gmail users. Increase visibility into commerce activity. Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse and Oracle Analytics Cloud have been embedded into the Bronto Marketing Platform to provide powerful new capabilities to visualize and query customer experience data. Marketers will gain valuable intelligence faster, leverage historical and diagnostic analytics, and can more effectively evaluate their ecommerce marketing campaigns. Increase customer engagement. Enhanced SMS features will help marketers increase engagement by delivering a more consistent customer experience across email and SMS. Added features include:

Marketers are able to leverage multichannel messaging for a better customer journey throughout the order fulfillment process and gain valuable insight into which channels convert the most revenue. Improve marketing ROI measurement.  The order attribution model on Order Service has been enhanced to support cross-device/domain attribution, as well as conversions made in other channels, like SMS and mobile apps. Order source tracking is now supported, which allows marketers to attribute orders that are placed outside of their ecommerce site, such as in-store or call center purchases.  Capturing the order source also allows for enhanced segmentation and targeted workflows while gaining deeper insight into how each channel contributes to overall email marketing revenue. Optimize Gmail engagement. Gmail Annotations have been integrated into Bronto, making it easy to highlight key information like deals, expiration dates, and promo codes to help get emails noticed. Marketers can also add images to their annotations to help bring their promotions to life. Enhance branding and preserve domain reputation. Multiple domain sending allows marketers to send email campaigns from more than one private domain, which allows for transactional and marketing messages to originate from separate domains to better preserve each’s reputation.

Increasing Marketer Productivity

Save time and resources while maximizing email marketing ROI and accelerating time to revenue. New learning experiences, expedited integrations, and a streamlined script manager help marketers execute campaigns faster. Achieve faster time to revenue. Access to self-paced training within the Oracle Learning Management System helps marketers become Bronto experts through a hands-on, self-guided learning experience featuring personalized learning paths. The new training capabilities decrease on-boarding time and training costs while creating opportunities for marketers to achieve greater ROI. Accelerate campaign execution. Pre-built self-service integrations with major ecommerce platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Magento will enable faster execution of campaigns without the need for technical support. Shopify shipping transactions and other email message templates are also updated so marketers can save time by not having to start from scratch with each email campaign. Faster, easier platform changes. An updated script manager gives marketers access to a new point-and-click interface to activate/deactivate Bronto features from a single place.  Making changes is now faster and easier than ever before, saving you valuable time.
