Earlier this year, we announced our status as finalists for the 12th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. We’re thrilled to announce that we’re no longer just finalists – we’re winners! And we’re not just winners – we’re 10-time winners! That’s right, Bronto was named a Bronze winner for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Software category. This marks the 10th time Bronto has earned a Stevie® Award for customer service. That’s a lot of happy customers!

Celebrate Good Times

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, with more than 600 executives from the U.S. and several other nations in attendance. More than 2,500 nominations from companies of all sizes and virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.

Always Improving

Of course, besting so many world-class companies wasn’t easy. We like to believe our ongoing willingness to go above and beyond for you - our customers - helped. Thankfully, the judges agreed, with several commending our exceptional level of customer service. One judge was impressed by our consistent improvement in keeping customer chat response times down. We know it’s frustrating to encounter issues that impede your ability to get things done. That’s why we’re always researching ways to answer your questions quickly and effectively. For example: From November 1 of 2016 through May 31 of 2017, the average time to answer chats was four minutes and 35 seconds. From June 1 through October 31 of 2017, the average time to answer was cut down to two minutes and two seconds – a 66% decrease! “I’m so proud of our customer service team and to all the Brontos that contributed to this award,” said Carolyn Sparano, general manager at Oracle Bronto. “Being a 10-time Stevie® Award winner is an honor, and we’re committed to working even harder for next year’s awards.”
