Have you ever needed to create Dynamic Content based on a checkbox field? Maybe you wanted to display a particular section of an email message differently based on whether the recipient is a VIP or non-VIP customer.

You may have tried "Field is Blank" or "Field is Equal To," but you could never find the right option.

Well, you can now create Dynamic Content based on a checkbox by using the new options of "Field is Checked" or "Field is Not Checked."

We also added an "On SMS Keyword" option which will allow you to create Dynamic Content based on a contact's membership to a specific keyword.

Here's one example of how this can be used. Let's say you're trying to drive customers to sign up for exclusive mobile offers by placing a message in an email header. To prevent displaying this to customers who have already joined the text campaign, you can simply use dynamic content to only include it for those who have not yet signed up.

The dynamic content example below would insert nothing (or anything you defined) for those on the keyword, and a message to join for those not on the keyword.

Both of these enhancements will help you create messages that are increasingly more personal, resulting in a deeper connection with buyers and more revenue.

If you have other ideas for how these enhancements can be used, drop them in the comments section below.
