Let’s chat about phone support. When you need support in the Bronto app, most of you (98% of you, to be exact) reach out to us with LiveChat or a Support Case. However, there are those few instances when you feel like a phone call will suit your needs best, so we’re planning to make that call more seamless and functional. Starting on October 1, Bronto Support will roll out a plan to enhance our LiveChat experience — so you can get in touch with us faster and we can make sure you get the most personalized assistance from our Support team. The days of listening to hold music are over! From now on, all you have to do to reach Bronto Support by phone is hop into LiveChat and request a call. That way, our Support team can have your account pulled up and ready to go as soon as the call starts. You can even schedule a call for a later time, if that’s more convenient. The Bronto Support Team's number one priority is providing you with accurate and timely support. By requesting a call through LiveChat, there will be a seamless, single queue of communication where you can reach us at any time with both a shorter wait and a more personalized support experience.
To get in touch with support through LiveChat:
- Click on the "LiveChat" link at the top right of any page in the Bronto application and chat with us. If you decide to speak to Support over the phone, hop into chat and request a call — we’ll call you back right away, or at a time more convenient for you.
- Open a Support Case by clicking on the “Support” link at the top right of any page in the application.
- In the event of an application outage where the LiveChat link is inaccessible, check out Bronto’s status page and report any undocumented connection issues through our Emergency Support Line at 888.276.6861.
