By the way, if you're not familiar with the Workflow Automation module, or if you're just getting started with it, this should be a helpful read: 5 Workflow Automation Campaigns to Wow Consumers and Marketers Alike. You can now choose the type of message you're sending in the Send Email workflow node - either Marketing (promotional) or Transactional. If you choose Marketing, the message picker will display all messages. If you choose Transactional, the message picker will only display messages that have already been approved for transactional sending. This gives you more flexibility and control for sending Transactional messages within the Workflow Automation module. Also, the type of message you select will determine the type of send (Triggered or Transactional), which can affect whether or not a contact receives the message. To help you, here's a table that outlines the different combinations and the expected behavior.
|Type of Send||Workflow Actions|
|Active Contact||Transactional Contact||Unsubscribed Contact|
NOTE: If a send is skipped, that contact will still flow through to the next node. You can also refer to the Help docs for this feature. That's it for now!
