If you’re attending the Bronto Summit in Miami this week, you already got the scoop in this morning’s keynote address. For those of you who were not able to make the trek down south, here’s what you need to know:
As the Bronto Marketing Platform evolves to become your commerce marketing platform, we’re taking steps to add Order and Product data to broaden the CRM functionality, right within the familiar Bronto interface you know and love. This will make it much easier for you to navigate this data in Bronto and incorporate it into your Bronto campaigns.
As part of this effort, you’ll notice a few minor navigation changes:
New “Tables” TabContacts and Orders now appear under a new tab called “Tables” (previously the Contacts tab). There is an expanded view for Contacts where you can access all of the sub-items that were previously available within the Contacts tab. You will eventually see Products here as well. We’re in the process of adding new functionality to allow you to store data from your product catalog in Bronto. This will make it easier for you to insert SKU/product information into your Bronto messages (both promotional and transactional). Look for more on Product Data in the coming weeks.
New Orders Page
You can also now access a new Orders page from the Tables tab. It contains detailed order information and allows you to search by order. The grid (or the table where orders are displayed) behaves similarly to the current “Orders and RFM Metrics” page. Questions about any of these changes? Please contact your Account Manager.
