I know many of you use the Send Time Optimization (STO) feature, and I wanted to thank you for waiting patiently for it to reappear. I'm happy to report that as of today, STO has been reactivated for all Bronto Marketing Platform accounts!
STO was added to the Bronto Marketing Platform as part of our Spring 2011 Release. It allows you to schedule emails to send at the time of day, and optionally the day of the week, the contact is most likely to open the message (based on open time data). Each contact's optimized time is refreshed daily.

Of course, the ultimate answer is, whenever your contact is most likely to open it! Timing is everything.
This goes to the very heart of engagement. Catching your recipients at the time they read email means you have more mindshare, and they're more likely to engage in a meaningful way.
